COVID REFUND GUARANTEE
We want to reassure you that if you are unable to travel to take your holiday at Crag House Farm because of a National lockdown, or because you are put into a Tier where you are unable to travel, then we will guarantee you a full refund. Please note this applies only to the address given on the booking form by the lead booker and does not apply if an unidentified party member at a different address is unable to travel due to local lockdown.
It is the responsibility of the Lead Guest to acquire suitable travel insurance to cover their holiday, including Cancellation and Curtailment Protection Insurance. We strongly recommend that you take out suitable insurance which will cover you for possible cancellation of your UK holiday. Covid is now a known risk and it is possible for you to insure your holiday against it. This can include the customer or any of the party having Covid, the customer or any of the party having to isolate or quarantine, or you wishing to shield any Members of the party.
There are several suitable options which include cover for COVID-related cancellation (see below), or you can look for suitable cover on comparison sites such as GoCompare . We are not selling, promoting, endorsing or recommending any particular product, and do not benefit financially or have any formal relationship with any of these providers.
