Sit quietly in this sheltered spot with Danby Dale spread out before you. Watch the progress of the barn owls, listen to the haunting refrain of the curlew, follow the diving and swooping lapwings and ????cuckoo should be returning to our nearby bluebell wood very soon. Or simply pack up the picnic basket with your favourite sandwiches, bottle of pop and a scrummy cake from Stonehouse Bakery take a stroll up the field to enjoy yet more peace and tranquility ☞ Bliss.
